2025年10月にオープンしたばかりの新感覚バターサンド専門店。最大の特徴は、通常のバターサンドにはない求肥（ぎゅうひ） を使用していること。公式キャッチコピーは「さくっ、もちっ、なめらか」。

フレーバーは「なめらかバター」「川越いも」「小江戸むらさき」「抹茶黒豆」「濃厚ショコラ」「りっちストロベリー」など豊富に揃います。バターサンド以外にも、濃厚な味わいの「川越バターソフト」も人気です。
