看板メニューは、注文を受けてからその場で揚げる「大学芋」。外はカリッと、中はふわっふわの食感が特徴で、甘すぎない蜜との絶妙なハーモニーが楽しめます 。また、人気No.1メニューは「大学芋ソフト」。出来立てアツアツの大学芋と、冷たく濃厚なソフトクリームの組み合わせは、一度食べたら忘れられない味わいと評判です 。
