「VANITOY BAGEL 蔵づくり本店」は、時の鐘すぐそば、蔵造りの街並み（一番街）に面した川越祭り会館の向かいにあるベーグル専門店です。2006年12月の開店以来、常時約30種類のカラフルで個性豊かなベーグルを揃え、「食べログ パン EAST 百名店」にも選出された人気店です。
看板商品は、北海道小麦100%使用のベーグル。しっとりとした食感ともっちりとした弾力が特徴で、そのままでも、サンドイッチにしても絶品です。
1階はテイクアウトショップ。季節の素材を使った限定ベーグルなども並びます。2階は蔵造りの街並みを一望できるカフェスペースとなっており、注文したベーグルサンドなどを眺めの良い席でゆっくりと味わうことができます。人気のメニューには、「テリヤキチキンサンド」や女性に人気の「スモークサーモンクリームチーズサンド」などがあります。

“VANITOY BAGEL Kurazukuri Honten” is a bagel specialty shop located along the Kurazukuri streetscape (Ichibangai), near the Toki no Kane bell and opposite the Kawagoe Matsuri Kaikan. Since opening in December 2006, the shop has consistently offered about 30 varieties of colorful and unique bagels, and has been selected for the “Tabelog Bread EAST Hyakumeiten” (100 Famous Shops).
The signature product is the bagel made with 100% Hokkaido wheat. Characterized by its moist texture and chewy resilience, it’s delicious on its own or made into a sandwich.
The first floor is a takeout shop, often featuring seasonal limited-edition bagels. The second floor is a cafe space offering a panoramic view of the Kurazukuri streetscape, where you can leisurely enjoy your chosen bagel sandwiches while taking in the scenery. Popular menu items include the “Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich” and the “Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich,” favored by women.
