2024年5月3日にオープンした、蔵造りの街並み（一番街）に位置する和食店です 。時の鐘から徒歩約2分、菓子屋横丁からも徒歩約2分という好立地にあり、観光の合間に立ち寄るのにぴったりです 。
看板メニューは、16～18種類ものバリエーションがある「だし巻玉子串」 。定番の「しらすおろし」「梅しそおろし」のほか、「のりめんたいマヨ」「青じそおろし」「かつお節なっとう」など、季節限定フレーバーも登場します 。注文を受けてから焼き上げるため、出来立てのあつあつを味わえます 。
だし巻き以外にも、うどんや天ぷらなどの和食メニューや、地元川越のクラフトビール「COEDOビール」も提供しています 。店内には2階席や個室もあり、落ち着いて食事を楽しむこともできます 。

This Japanese restaurant opened on May 3, 2024, located along the Kurazukuri streetscape (Ichibangai) . It’s in a prime location, about a 2-minute walk from the Toki no Kane bell and also about a 2-minute walk from Kashiya Yokocho, making it perfect for a stop during your sightseeing .
The signature item is the “Dashimaki Egg Skewer,” available in 16 to 18 varieties . In addition to classics like “shirasu (whitebait) with grated daikon” and “plum shiso with grated daikon,” you can find creative options like “seaweed mentaiko mayo,” “green shiso with grated daikon,” and “bonito flake natto,” along with seasonal limited-time flavors .
